SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m., and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. In attendance were Council Members President Debra Hlubic, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were passed: approval of the amended April 20, 2026, regular meeting agenda; the March 16, 2026, regular meeting minutes; bills totaling $266,987.49; adoption of Resolution 2026-05 Establishing Water Rates Effective July 1, 2026; adoption of Sewer Rate Resolution 2026-06 Establishing Sewer Rates Effective July 1, 2026; to waive the garage sale permit fees for the community garage sale to be held July 23 through July 26; to approve the Special Event Permit application to hold the Capac Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.; to establish a completion deadline of May 15 at 6:00 p.m. for the downtown mural.
