NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REZONING REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Almont Township Planning Commission on May 13, 2026 at the Almont Municipal Building located at 819 N. Main Street, Almont, Michigan beginning at 7:00 p.m
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider comments relating to a request from Blue Water Real Estate Management Company LLC/B Sata for rezoning parcel 44-001-016-023-00 (2.025 acres) from Industrial to Local Commercial (C-1) as described: commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast ¼ of section 16, T6N, R12E, thence East 18 rods; thence North 18 rods; thence West 18 rods; thence South 18 rods to the point of beginning.
Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Township Office during regular business hours of Monday thru Thursday between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be available at the time and place of the hearing. All interested citizens will be given an opportunity to comment on this application. Written comments may be submitted up to the meeting time.
