Clerk Standel called to order at 7:11 p.m. Present: Standel, Kegler, Lewis and Nemecek, Downey in at 8:20 p.m. Minutes: February 11th meeting minutes approved. Citizens Wishing to Address the Board: 4 visitors present Zoning Officer Report: report given on open files 2 new files opened New Business: approval of Sexton, Administrative Assistant, Assessor, Code Enforcer, and Fire Chief Contracts. Approval of Lynn Twp. Fire Contract. Approval of 2026/7 General and Fire Fund Budgets. Discussion on Lot Split fees and Road Commission Reports Given: Building Dept, Cemetery Fire and Planning Commission Clerk’s Report: Bills approved bills as presented (checks 98243-98288 Gen. & 10009-10036 Fire) Motion to pay the remainder of incoming bills through year end (March 31, 2026) Motion passed General Fund Budget Amendment from Fund Balance to General Fund the following: Advertising $451.27, Tax Collection $84.04 and Auditor $100 – motion passed. Fire Budget Amendment from Fund Balance to Fire the following: Utilities $724.11 and Dues/Subscription $95.80. Treasurer Report: February Treasurer’s Report approved as presented. Other: Commercial Inspection of 4331 Capac Rd. – Motion to hire a Commercial Inspector at a cost not to exceed $2500 for the inspection of 4331 Capac Road – motion passed Adjournment: at 9:01 p.m. Respectfully Submitted Monica Standel – Clerk
