Capac player is recognized

CAPAC — Capac infielder Brody Tesnow was mentioned on the Prep Baseball Michigan Division 4 Preseason All-State lineup announced recently.

He is coming off an outstanding junior campaign which saw him post a 6-3 pitching mark as well, with a 2.12 ERA.

In 56 innings of work, Tesnow allowed 56 hits, struck out 66 and walked 17.

Tesnow completed the season with a .460 average. That placed him first on the Capac squad and second out of those who attained Tri-City Times All-Area first team status. He wound up with 28 singles and 11 doubles in 87 at bats.

He also contributed 28 runs, 20 RBI and 12 walks to Capac’s cause.

Tesnow finished the 2025 campaign, his third on Capac’s squad, as an All-Big Thumb Conference Black Division, All-District and All-Region choice.

He is joined on the Division 4 All-State Preseason lineup by:
