SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Glasser, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Councilmembers absent were Feldman, Miller and Powell. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson and Clerk/Treasurer Rande Listerman. Guests present were Joe Jenga and Almont High School Students.
Approved the agenda with one addition under Open Discussion; approved the consent agenda; approved Resolution No. 2026-02-02 Internal Service Fund Legislative Body and Multiple Year Deficit Elimination Plan; approved Resolution No. 2026-02-03 Act 51 MDOT Street additions; approved the memorandum for the bank signers on all Village accounts at the Choice One Bank, Tri-County Bank and MI Class.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
