NOTICE TO creditors:
The decedent, Judith Kury, died on December 29, 2025. The decedent was the surviving Settlor of the George W. and Judith Kury Trust under Agreement dated September 1, 1998, as amended (“Trust”).
There is no probate estate administration anticipated and no personal representative has been appointed.
Creditors of the decedent and/or Trust are notified that all claims against the decedent and/or Trust will be forever barred unless presented to legal counsel for Jennifer S. Tindall and Thomas G. Kury, Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice. The Trust will then be assigned and distributed to persons entitled to it.
