SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Feldman, Glasser, Miller, Powell, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Lisa Kapron and Police Chief Daniel Willis. Guests present were Sargeant Kevin Kowalik, Officer Michael Hodakoski and Officer Joseph Sapienza.
Approved the agenda with an addition; approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved the tax penalty waiver request and waive penalties and fees totaling $51.81 on parcel #44-041-647-000-01; approved to adopt Resolution #2026-01-01, to formally identify St. Clair Street as an all-season route; approved the Amana by Michigan Plumbing/Heating in the amount of $6200; approved the absence request by Mr. Robert Miller for the next three Council meetings per Village Charter Section 4.3c; approved the Clerk/Treasurer contract with Rande Listerman.
