Chair Bargen called the regular meeting to order with the pledge at 6:00 p.m.; Commissioners present: Chair Bargen, Vice-Chair Blount, Mayor Yockey, Secretary Demske, Collison, Germayne, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Wade Trim Professional Planner Habben and Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz. Approved: Agenda; Minutes-November 25, 2025; Financial Report-November and December 2025; Public Hearing 2026-2032 Capital Improvement Plan Notices and Publications to Record; Action: approve and move to City Commission; Public Hearing Article 2 District 3 Commercial permitted uses Notices and Publications to Record; Action: approve zoning Ordinance amendments and move to City Commission; Approve Annual Planning Commission Report for 2025 and forward to City Commission; Initiate text amendment to Landscaping and Tree Replacement; Adjournment 6:37 p.m. Submitted by City Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz.
