Regular Meeting – January 14, 2026
Supervisor Downey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance Present: Downey (Supervisor), Standel (Clerk), Kegler (Trustee) Absent: Lewis (Treasurer) and Nemecek (Trustee) Minutes: It was moved by Kegler and supported by Downey to approve the December 10 meeting minutes Motion carried. 3/0. 3 Citizens Wishing to Address the Board Zoning Officer Report: report given on open files – Motion by Standel supported by Downey to send Building Inspector out to 16135 Petz re: possible dangerous building 3/0 motion passed Old Business: Sullivan Road Cross-culvert – It was moved by Standel and supported by Downey to approve the cross-culvert repair. Roll Call vote: Downey- yes, Kegler–yes, Standel-yes motion passed New Business: Poverty Tax Exemption – Resolution 26-01 It was moved by Standel and supported by Kegler to approve as presented. Roll call vote: Downey-yes, Kegler-yes, Standel-yes motion passed MEI Contract for Annual Inspection – It was moved by Downey and supported by Kegler to approve the contract in the amount of $1341.67 3/0 motion passed Building Department Report: Report given Cemetery Report: No report Clerk’s Report: It was moved by Downey and supported by Kegler to approve bills as presented (checks 98191-98216 Gen. & 9980-9992 Fire) with addition of bills for $56.25 to general fund and $1445.27 to Fire. Motion carried 3/0 Fire Department Report: Report given Planning Commission Report: no meeting Treasurer Report: It was moved by Standel and supported by Kegler to approve the December Treasurer’s Reports as presented. 3/0 motion passed Adjournment: It was moved by Downey and supported by Kegler to adjourn at 8:04 p.m. Motion carried.
