Mayor Pro Tem Tanis called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Commissioners absent: Mayor Yockey, DeLuca; Also present: City Manager Horton, Interim Police Chief Rushton, Labor Attorney Shifman, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $331,519.81; WWTP Biosolids contract 2026-2028-BioTech Agronomics; Auditing Services Contract 2026-2030-King and Messing Audit Services; Closed Session 7:21 p.m.; Adjournment 7:37 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
