ORDINANCE NO. 210
An ordinance to secure the public peace, health and safety of the residents and property owners of the Village of Almont for the regulation of the use of golf carts on public roads within the corporate limits of the Village, to provide for the issuance of decals in connection with the registration of golf carts, and to provide penalties for the violation of these provision.

The undersigned President and Clerk of the Village of Almont hereby certify that this ordinance was adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Almont Village Council held on the 16th day of December 2025 and was published in the Tri-City Times on the 23rd day of December 2025.
