The Settlor, Susan C. Duff, born June 18, 1940, who lived at 4649 Kidder Road, Almont, Ml 48003, died October 3, 2025. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Charles T. Duff and Susan C. Duff, Trust, will be forever barred unless presented to Charles F. Duff, II, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust assets will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
