NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Capac Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Capac Municipal Building, 208 N. Main St., Capac, MI 48014.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a proposed rezoning request from the existing R-1, Single-Family District, to Highway Commercial District on the following described property:
Vacant land located in the Village of Capac, County of St. Clair, State of Michigan,
Property ID #74-27-033-2004-010, more fully described as:

The proposed zoning amendment application, along with a location map of the property proposed for rezoning, may be examined at the Village of Capac Office during regular business hours.
Written comments may be sent to the Planning Commission at the address above, prior to the hearing. Verbal comments will be taken during the public hearing.
