VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of December 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a variance application for Ivan Ammori at
1995 S. Cedar St., I19-85-253-040-00 for the purpose of variances from Section 3.62 SIDEWALKS, and Section 4.8 OFF-STREET LOADING and UNLOADING REQUIREMENTS, and Section 3.10 FENCES.
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Written comments may be submitted to the Imlay City Clerk at 150 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI 48444.
