REZONING REQUEST
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Almont Township Planning Commission on December 10, 2025, at the Almont Municipal Building located at 819 N. Main Street, Almont, Michigan beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider comments relating to a request from Blake’s Big Apple Farm, Inc. for rezoning parcel 44-001-033-001-01 (12.826 acres) from Multiple Family (RM) to General Commercial (C-3) as described:

Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Township Office during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be available at the time and place of the hearing. All interested citizens will be given an opportunity to comment on this application. Written comments may be submitted up to the meeting time.
