SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. Councilmembers present were Feldman, Glasser, Miller, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Councilmember Powell was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved to waive the $177.48 special assessment for 215 E. St. Clair; approved the purchase of the Mahindra 1640 with the proposed attachments and weighted rear tires for an amount not to exceed $31,300; approved to amend the closing of West St. Clair Street (from Branch Street to Main Street) for the Heritage Festival for the day of September 20, 2025, from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
