Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Commissioners absent: Blount; Also present: City Manager Horton, DPW Superintendent Priehs, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $262,875.75; 2nd Reading Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment; 2nd Reading Code of Ordinance Short Term Rentals; Change Order #1002 Midwest Commercial $21,691.17; Pay Applications #3 $94,514.55 and #4 $76,852.92 to Midwest Commercial for City Hall Exterior Improvements; Trick-or-Treat 6-8 p.m. with siren; Resolution 2025-17; Resolution 2025-20; Adjournment 7:35 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
