SPECIAL LAND USE
Imlay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the City Hall located at 150 N. Main Street. The public hearing is to consider the following request:
To consider a special land use request by 1995 Cedar St. LLC, Ivan Ammori, proposed to be located at 1995 S Cedar St., also known as (parcel # I19-85-253-040-00). The request is for an expansion of outside storage.
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments in writing to the City of Imlay City, Planning Commission, 150 North Main Street. Written public comments need to be submitted by Monday, October 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. A copy of the special land use application is available at the Imlay City Hall between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
