Imlay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the City Hall located at 150 N. Main Street. The public hearing is to consider the following request:
To consider a rezoning request by Brent Ford proposed to be located at 110 E. Capac Rd., also known as (parcel # I19-85-300-000-00), from B-1 Local Business to B-3 General Business.
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments in writing to the City of Imlay City, Planning Commission, 150 North Main Street. Written public comments need to be submitted by Monday, October 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. A copy of the rezoning application is available at the Imlay City Hall between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
