SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Feldman, Glasser, Powell, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Councilmember Miller was absent. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler, Police Chief Daniel Willis and DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat.
Approved the agenda with moving Regular Agenda Item #3, Park Board Resignation to Communications Item #1; approved the consent agenda; approved to authorize the Village Manager to spend up to $12,100 on the conceptual site plan from Fleis & VandenBrink with contract modifications to be reviewed by either the Village Attorney or Village Council; approved the request to purchase the Western W18-Western 8’6” MVP MS Plow, in an amount not to exceed $8,292.00.
