SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance were Council Members President Debra Hlubic, President Pro Tempore Joseph Herrington, Mary Klug, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were approved: approval of the September 15, 2025, regular meeting agenda; the August 18, 2025, regular meeting minutes; the August 6, 2025, and August 18 closed meeting minutes; bills totaling $913,014.30; adoption of Resolution 2025-04 to authorize the annexation of a property located in Mussey Township; to approve the purchase of the Turf Tiger II Tractor for $11,999.00 with the trade in option of the 2013 Snapper, to adopt Food Truck Ordinance 2025-02; to authorize the auction of the police departments 2016 Ford Explorer; to close the regular meeting and enter into a closed session at 6:29 p.m.
