Notice is hereby given that the Attica Township Board adopted amendments to the Attica Township Zoning Ordinance, at their regular meeting held on September 10, 2025. The amendments included Section 1, Article 4 Use Requirements of the Township Zoning Ordinance to modify Section 4.10 Agricultural Use Requirements subsection I Keeping of Animals and Section 2, Article 5 General Provisions of the Township Zoning Ordinance to modify Section 5.10 Accessory Buildings.
A true and complete copy of the Zoning Ordinance Amendments may be inspected at the Attica Township Hall, 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, MI 48412, Monday through Thursday, except holidays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The complete Attica Township Zoning Ordinance may also be viewed or downloaded at the Township website http://atticatownship.org. The effective date of this Zoning Ordinance Amendment will be as provided in the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended.
