An Ordinance to repeal the Almont Township ORV Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 62
THE TOWNSHIP OF ALMONT, LAPEER COUNTY, MICHIGAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Repeal of ORV Ordinance (Almont Township will now follow the County of Lapeer Off Road Vehicle Ordinance)
Section 2. Publication
Section 3. Effective Date
A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection or purchase at the Almont Township Offices during regular business hours.
The undersigned Clerk of the Township of Almont hereby certifies that this Ordinance was duly adopted by the Township Board at a meeting held on the 8th day of September 2025 and was published in the Tri-City Times on the 10th day of September 2025. This Ordinance shall be effective seven (7) days after said date of publication.
