Mayor Pro Tem Tanis called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Blount, Yockey; Also present: City Manager Horton, Fire Chief Klobucar, Zoning Administrator Hayes, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $563,053.90; Added agenda item F. Water & Mold Discussion; Midwest Commercial Pay Application #2 $228,084.90; First Reading Ordinance #94-03 Fire Prevention Amendment; Resolution 2025-14; MERS officer Delegate Horton; City employee delegate with election; Town Hall Publication for Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7 p.m.; Closed Session at 7:49 p.m.; TPOAM Contract approval; Adjournment 8:04 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
