Two win titles at 3-on-3 Tourney

TRI-CITY AREA — Two Tri-City Area teams won titles and two others obtained seconds last Saturday at the Imlay City 3-on-3 Tournament.

Bums (Imlay City’s Isaac Sommer, Brady Detwiler, Sam Edson and Noah Graboyes) claimed the Boys’ 11-12 Grade Division title. They fashioned a 3-0 mark along the way.

Polish Putbacks (Jordan Lesniak, Shane Lesniak, Ben Rodak and Joseph Lesniak) ended the day as Men’s 18 and Over champions. The team won five out of six contests en route.

Six Seven (Imlay City’s Isabella O’Malley and Leelyn Craven along with Oxford’s Kate Brockway and Notre Dame Prep’s Kaylyn Showers) placed second in the Girls’ 9-12 Grade Division. They posted a 4-2 mark along the way.

(Almont’s Logan Walton, Cros-Lex’s Trey Kolakovich, Flint’s Nate along with Armada’s Andrew Sniesak) generated a second in the Men’s 18 and Over Division. The team won four of six contests en route.

The Ballfathers (Imlay City’s Samuel Schlorke, Camden Rhodes and Breven Goertler along with Port Huron’s Oakley Uleski) wound up with a 0-2 mark in the Boys’ 5-6 Grade Division.

Realty Volution (Imlay City’s Luke Forti, Beau Hund, Lonnie Wolford and Dakota Sandzik) also competed. They went 0-2 versus Men’s 18 and Over Division counterparts.
