NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Attica Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday August 28, 2025 at the Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road. The public hearing is to consider a text amendment to remove requirements in Section 4.10.I.3, and Section 5.10.C.1.c from the Attica Township zoning ordinance:
Section 4.10.I.3, reads as follows: Pens and runs shall be located no closer than one hundred and fifty (150) feet to any property line.
Section 5.10.C.1.c reads as follows: The accessory building demonstrates a minimum building to building separation from all residences on abutting properties of fifty (50) feet.
This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments to – Attica Township Planning Commission, P.O. Box 86, Attica 48412. Written public comments need to be submitted by Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 1:00 pm. A copy of the proposed text amendment is available at the Attica Township Hall 4350 Peppermill Road Attica 48412 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
