SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Council Members in attendance were President Debra Hlubic, President Pro Tempore Joseph Herrington, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were approved: approval of the July 21, 2025, regular meeting agenda; the June 30, 2025, regular meeting minutes; bills totaling $80,095.39; approval to set a public hearing for a dangerous structure on August 18, 2025; approval of the 2025 Request for Local Parks Millage Distribution; approval of the 2025-2026 School Resource Officer Agreement.
