Supervisor Downey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with Pledge of Allegiance Present: Downey (Supervisor), Standel (Clerk), Lewis (Treasurer) Kegler (Trustee) Nemecek (Trustee) Minutes: It was moved by Nemecek and supported by Lewis to approve the June meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried. 5/0 Citizens Wishing to Address the Board: 1 present Zoning Officer Report: report given on open files Old Business: None New Business: Discussion on 16135 Petz dangerous building. Building Department Report: Report given. Cemetery Report: Discussion on problems with trees and flag pole in Capac Cemetery. Clerk’s Report: It was moved by Downey and supported by Lewis to approve bills as presented (checks 98003-98031 General and 9862-9875 Fire). Motion carried. 5/0 Fire Department Report: Report given. Planning Commission Report: Discussion on Pond Ordinance and Master Plan. Treasurer Report: It was moved by Standel and supported by Kegler to approve Treasurer Report as presented.
