PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Attica Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., July 24, 2025 at the Attica Township Hall located at 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, MI. The Public Hearing is to consider the following request:
Timothy and Stephanie Throne have submitted an application for a variance to 3.100 Non-Residential Summary Schedule of Dimensions for an AG district for the side and rear setbacks at 2670 S. Lake Pleasant Rd., Attica, MI 48412(Parcel #44-003-033-011-00)
A complete copy of the Variance application may be examined at the Attica Township Hall, 4350 Peppermill Road, Attica, MI.
Written comments may be sent to the ZBA, PO Box 86, Attica, MI 48412 prior to the hearing. Verbal comments will be taken during the public hearing.
The notice is published pursuant to the requirements of Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act Number 110 of 2006, as amended.
