ARTICLE 30-149. DECISIONS
Please take notice that the Village of Capac, PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on July 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Capac Municipal Building, located at 208 North Main St., Capac, Michigan.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from residents, property owners, and the general public regarding a Proposed Request for an Amendment to the ZONING ORDINANCE Chapter 30 regarding Section 30-149, language changed to: No Variance may be granted or decision overruled unless a majority votes in favor thereof.
The Application will be available for review at the Village of Capac Hall at 131 N. Main St. during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The PLANNING COMMISSION will receive written comments no later than Tuesday, July 8, 2025 until the close of business hours (4:00 p.m.). Additionally at the hearing oral comments will be heard.
