Almont turns back Imlay City, 3-0
ALMONT — Almont registered a 3-0 road triumph against Imlay City in a non-league girls’ soccer encounter last Thursday.
With the result, Almont improves to 10-4-1 and 10-2. Imlay City slips to 4-11 and 3-10.
Callie McCarthy (unassisted), Avery Peake (set up by Hannah Glassford) and Natalia Radisavljevic (assisted by McCarthy) supplied Almont’s goals.
Anna LaBroski got the win in net for Almont. She managed five saves.
Kendal Donahue drew the goalkeeping assignment for Imlay City. She was credited with 17 saves.
