Spartans gives Algonac a loss
IMLAY CITY — Imlay City handed visiting Algonac a 54-18 setback in a Blue Water Area Conference varsity girls’ basketball game last Friday night.
With the result, Imlay City moves to 3-2 and 1-0.
Alexis Bruyere (22) and Makayla Phillips (12) led Imlay City with double digit point totals. The Spartans also received points courtesy of Alexa Lengemann (eight), Reese Schmidt (six), Addison Cameron (three) plus Montanna Eads and Liley Duncan (two each).
