Spartans prevail 3-0 over Raiders
TRI-CITY AREA — Imlay City downed visiting Almont, 3-0, in a Blue Water Area Conference boys’ soccer battle Monday evening.
With the decision, Imlay City moves to 6-0 versus BWAC rivals. Almont slips to 5-1 against league foes.
Diego DeLuca (set up by Nery Vega), Vega (via a penalty kick) and DeLuca (assisted by Sebastian Salcedo) supplied Imlay City’s goals that day.
Max Galiana got the win in net for Imlay City. He wound up with three saves.
Owen Rayl handled the Almont goalkeeping chores. Rayl finished with 12 saves.
