Supervisor Downey called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Bruce Downey (Supervisor), Monica Standel (Trustee) and Deborah Lewis (Treasurer) were present. Sheila McDonald (Clerk) and Brad Humphrey (Trustee) were absent. Four (4) guests were present. Motions were passed to: approve the Assessor Contract as presented, approve the July bills with addition to Fire Dept. of Kye’s Lawncare and Monica Standel (secretary), approve the Treasurer’s report as presented, adjourn the meeting at 7:54 p.m.
