Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Also present: City Manager Horton, DDA Director Malzahn, Clerk/ Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $710,770.74; Presentation from MDOT re: M-53 Safety Project; DDA Report; Additional Pool Cameras $1,583.73; Resolution 2024-11 Spark Grant Acceptance; Authorization for City Manager to sign Subrecipient Agreement; Adjournment 8:42 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
