Nolin named Spartans new tennis coach

IMLAY CITY — Ryan Nolin was named the new Imlay City boys’ tennis coach this past week.

He takes over the position from Sue Allen, who stepped down at the completion of last season.

Nolin is no stranger to the Imlay City athletic program, having served as the school’s junior varsity baseball coach this past spring along with girls’ and boys’ bowling coach during the winter season.

He has also worked as assistant with the tennis and football programs previously.

Imlay City opens the 2024 campaign Tuesday, August 20 when it entertains Caro. Play begins at 4 p.m.
