REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING

SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Council members present included Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Joe Nemecek, Samantha Ramirez, and Tony Vigiletti.
Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer were also in attendance.
The following motions were approved: approval of the agenda for the regular meeting on June 17, 2024; approval of the minutes from the regular meeting held on May 20, 2024; approval of bills totaling $647,557.54; approval of the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget; approval of Wade Trim proposal for planning services pending legal review; approval of the I.T. Services Agreement between Oakland County and Village of Capac pending legal review; adoption of Special Assessment on Tax Roll Resolution No. 2024-04; adoption of MDOT Category B Grant Resolution 2024-05; acceptance of KRS, LLC’s proposal for 108 N. Lester Street contingent upon working with the Village Attorney and Manager to negotiate a completion date of no more than one year and provide a certificate of occupancy; approval of an oak tree removal at Lions Park; approval of the DDA 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget.
