SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmembers absent were Glasser, Kuligowski and Powell. Staff members present were Interim Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat.
Approved the agenda with changes, approved the consent agenda; approved the separation agreement with current Manager Trent; approved to join the Clinton River Watershed Council for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year; approved the opening of the Social District for the special events of Cruise Night, Jeep night and Bike Night, for the summer dates proposed, contingent upon the Social District officially being active with two licenses being approved by the State and Council for the Social District permit; approved with Schneider abstaining, to approve the Local Governmental Unit Approval for Social District Permit Resolution #24-05-01 for Aleck’s Entertainment, Inc.; approved the DDA’s 2024-2025 fiscal year proposed budget; approved to have the MR45 GP pump refurbished by the manufacturer, Swaby Manufacturing, as proposed in the amount of $14,786.00.
