Capac earns win in district action
CAPAC — Capac earned a 5-3 win against visiting Landmark Academy in a Division 4 district soccer opening round matchup last Wednesday.
Sayra Serrana (three) plus Shaylynne Schaefer and Ashley Escobar-Zepeda (one each) collected Capac’s goals.
Alyssa Maday, Serrano and Schaefer (two apiece) along with Escobar-Zepeda (one) contributed Capac’s assists.
Jesmary Rivera got the win in net for Capac. She finished with eight saves.
