Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, Ramirez; Sadler, Yockey; Commissioners absent: DeLuca, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $908,231.61; Notice & Publications to record; 24-25 FY Budget Public Hearing; 24-25 FY Budget Adoption; TG Priehs Parking Lot Bid $15,900; VFW Post 2492 Memorial Day Special Event Application-May 27 at 9:30 a.m.; Adjournment 7:12 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
