Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 5 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez; Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Also present: City Manager Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Closed session at 5:03 p.m.; Open Meeting at 5:06 p.m.; FOP Contract Clerical Union; Adjournment 5:08 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
