Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: DeLuca, Ramirez; Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Commissioners absent: Collison: Also present: City Manager Horton, Police Chief Selby, Sergeant Leathers, DDA Director Malzahn, Bookkeeper Mazey and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $314,003.51; ICPD vehicle purchase $118,752.00 from General Fund; RFP-City owned properties; Adjournment 8:14 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
