Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez, Sadler, Tanis, Yockey. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs, Police Chief Brett Selby, Police Sergeant Sean Leathers, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $331,633.59; Resolution 2023-15 Public Safety Millage; Special Event Permit-Imlay City Weston School Halloween Parade Permit, October 31 at 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.; Adjournment 7:17 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
