Raiders win by 25-shot margin
TRI-CITY AREA — Cameron Bourdeau, Manny Goldstein and Garrett Earegood shot 41s over nine holes, helping the Almont boys’ golf team register a top finish at a Blue Water Area Conference Jamboree Tournament on Monday at Castle Creek Golf Club.
Almont’s pacesetting output was 166. They were followed by Armada (191), North Branch (194), Richmond and Yale (196 each) along with Cros-Lex (200).
Imlay City also participated, but did not field a complete lineup.
Seth VanHoutte rounded out Almont’s top-four golfers with a 43.
Carter Couzens represented Imlay City that day. Couzens posted a 68 over nine holes.
