DRYDEN — The Dryden varsity softball team split a doubleheader with visiting Memphis last Wednesday.

In the opener, Memphis pulled out a 4-3 victory over Dryden.

Dryden shortstop Addie Tresnak looks to throw out a baserunner in last week’s game.

Natalie Embree, Riley Knox and Addie Tresnak led Dryden with one for three plate performances.

In the second game, Dryden bounced back to notch a 7-5 triumph against Memphis.

Tresnak (three for four), Riley Knox and Rilynn Lindsay (two for three each) plus Becca Weiss and Embree (two for four apiece) paced Dryden with multiple-hit performances. Avery Grondin (one for three) also reached the hitting column.
