will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday November 17, 2026 at the Township Hall located at 682 N. Fairgrounds Road. The public hearing is to consider the follow request: To consider a rezoning request from AG Agricultural to B Business by David Bickmann located at the southeast intersection of Brown City and Imlay City Road also known as (parcel # 011-015-031-30). The applicant has intentions of building a dry storage building. This meeting is open to the public. Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments in writing to – Imlay Township, Planning Commission, 682 North Fairgrounds Road. Written public comments need to be submitted by Monday November 16, 2026 at 1:00pm. A copy of the rezoning application is available at the Imlay Township Hall 4682 N. Fairgrounds Road between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The Township Hall number is 810 – 724 – 8835. Persons with
