Keeping set to play for Wake Forest
IMLAY CITY — Emma Keeping, a 2026 graduate of Imlay City High School, is listed on the roster of the Wake Forest women’s volleyball team this fall.

IMLAY CITY — Emma Keeping, a 2026 graduate of Imlay City High School, is listed on the roster of the Wake Forest women’s volleyball team this fall.
She brings with her outstanding court credentials to Wake Forest’s progam, having registerered 496 kills and 387 set assists during the 2025 campaign.
The 5-11 setter/right side hitter also contributed 226 digs, 50 ace serves and 43 blocks to Imlay City’s cause.
It was her fourth year on Imlay City’s varsity.
Keeping, who placed sixth in the balloting for Michigan’s Miss Volleyball Award, wrapped up the season as a Division 2 All-State first team selection, All-Region Choice, All-Blue Water Area Conference first team pick as well as a Tri-City Times All-Area first team selection.
In addition to those accolades, Keeping was an Academic All-State choice.
Wake Forest is set to open its season Friday, August 28 when they travel to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to face LSU. That matchup lists a 7 p.m. starting time.
