Kenneth John (Dupe) Dupuis, 71

Kenneth John (Dupe) Dupuis, 71, passed away on November 14, in Romeo. He was born in Detroit on March 28, 1954 to Sir Dr. Lawrence Joseph, Jr. and Marie Frances (Mackell).
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jeanne Marie (Kollar); his children and grandchildren, Daniel (Mishelle), Isaac, Elijah, and Madeleine; Michelle (Ryan) Wangler, Cora, Marie, and Viola; Elizabeth (Sean) Garlick, Lawrence and Kenneth; his siblings, Lawrence (Sue), Henry (Cindy), Theresa (Cal) Eskridge, and Patricia (Dan) Godin; and several nieces and nephews.
Ken graduated from Stevenson High School, Alma College and Wayne State University where he learned to share his passion for mathematics. He shared these skills at several schools within Utica Community Schools and Oakland Community College, Auburn Hills Campus. He also loved sports of all types, especially basketball, softball and fishing. Over the years he coached several teams of both boys and girls at the junior high, varsity and recreational levels.
