REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2026 SYNOPSIS
President Pro Tempore Samantha Ramirez called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance were Council Members Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were approved: approval of the June 15, 2026, regular meeting agenda; the May 18, 2026, regular meeting minutes; bills totaling $130,531.27; adoption of Resolution #2026-08, a resolution to place special assessments on the village tax roll; approval of the 2026 Tax Rate Request Form L-4029; awarding of the Streetscape bid to M.L. Chartier Excavating Inc.; approval of the Professional Service Agreement with Fleis & VandenBrink.
