Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Ramirez; Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Commissioners absent: Collison, DeLuca; Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, Fire Chief Keith Klobucar, Fire Captain Jeff Marceau, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with amendment; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $596,728.57; Second Reading Amendment to Ordinance 20; P&R Cameras at Pool $6,320.65; CN RR Property Lease Agreement; Rezoning parcel #I19-83-201-001-00 from B-3 to I-1; Planning Commission Bylaws; L-4029; 5% increase for Department Head Management and Office Manager; Adjournment 7:31 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
